Great session this morning with the Weightlifting Club
We were then joined by this little star. 20mins in and he can - High hang snatch PVC Bar with sound movement and plenty of homework - high hang clean 2kg with a lot of development work to be done but his started his lifting in the best way.

PAUSED FRONT SQUAT
Helen Louise has come on leaps and bounds since she first started lifting with us.
She couldn't bodyweight squat, she therefore couldn't load the front squat with any weight and achieve depth
... Her next piece of work is to build some paused front squats into her programming so we can see further progress.

Worked a snatch balance and and full snatch. We're really working on getting under the bar and punching that bar to get them arms locked out. Finished with a bit conditioning with death by power snatch.
... We run two sessions a week Friday at 5:30pm Sunday at 10am
