Enjoyed today’s Mother’s Day lunch. Booked table for six of us. From the moment we walked through the door we were made very welcome. Bar staff Rebekah quickly took our drinks orders and was very friendly. The menu options today was brilliant as have a fussy husband who doesn’t really to veg /Sunday dinner. We eventually order three roast beef dinners, one kids turkey and two rib eye steaks. Service was fast didn’t have to wait longer for food. When it came out it looked gorgeous and big portions too. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were second to none . Service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble even though it was really busy. Then it was pudding time . Well what can I say these were delicious �. Clean plates all round. A big well done to all staff and especially the Chefs. Great service and brilliant delicious food. What more can anyone wish for. #Great Mothers Day# No Cooking Or Washing Up#

checked in due to the rain. Good size portion for the price, we ordered classic combo starter and it was massive for us both.. was shocked! lols. The interior is cozy and it is really clean.

Found pub after attending a car show in the village a few weeks back, so decided to Call for a sunday dinner today, lovely relaxed pub with friendly atmosphere. Dinner was served quickly and was delicious. Bèer garden dog friendly and plenty of dishes for water.

If you like greasy chips and old reheated lasagne this is the place. The food was poor in general typical retro pub fare! You need a functioning microscope to see the “mini” desserts! To be fare the service and staff were ok. The Welly was a proper “drinking” pub in the past not known for food it maybe should’ve stayed that way.
