Personal training and high intensity interval training (HIIT) boot camps on Whitstable's beautiful West Beach and at our private home studio.
HIIT West Beach Monday @9. 30am & 19. 15pm- Headlight HIIT
Tuesdays 9. 30am
Saturday @ 8. 30am (45-50 mins).
Boot camp costs £36 for 6 sessions (to use within 3 months on any of the boot camp times and they do not need to be used on consecutive sessions) or £8 pay as you go
