This is for the splash park

Today (22/07/18) I visited with my mum and my son whose 31/2. I’d booked a time slot online, and was able to check in with complete ease. The lady at the ticket office was really helpful and explained how it worked. The area was clean and the splash pad itself was the biggest I’ve seen with so many water jets and sprays etc... the water is turned off at the end of each 1/2 hour session. It was a smooth process. My little boy absolutely loved it. There was so much to enjoy and try. I would say it was well worth the £3 fee. I found for him that was enough.

Really great fun and adults can go in for free! Which is great for me being 8 months pregnant thank you

User

This is a review for the treetop extreme. We went as a group for my sister's birthday on Saturday 17th Feb and I have to say it was brilliant. I went on the adventure level as I had my 9 year old daughter with me and she pretty much froze half way round and I was really struggling to try and get her to go across things and was unsure what more to do to help her. At different points each of the guys and girl came up and helped her across the obstacles and were amazing with her, I'm so grateful to them all for how friendly, helpful and patient they all were with her. Especially the girl at the end who pretty much hoisted her across the bit with the swings!

Although it's safe to say that my daughter isn't in a rush to do this again! I definitely would come back and i know that the whole group had a great time, So a big thank you to you all. You're all doing a great job

This is a review for Treetop Extreme.

I came here with my husband and his parents while on holiday and had a blast! My mother in law wasn’t quite brave enough but my father in law did the Adventure climb and loved it, even though he’s afraid of heights! You’d never know it by the smile on his face! My husband and I did the Adventure and the Extreme climbs and though we were quite tired by the end, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The staff were friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, and comforting. We felt very safe in their capable hands.

The price is incredibly reasonable for what you get. We got to enjoy ourselves for an hour and a half and it was worth every penny. Will absolutely return here next time we’re in the area.

User

Lovely place to bring your dog and walk around.

User

High Ropes Course - this was brilliant for all ages - mine were 9-13 years old. 3 levels of high ropes. Extreme was extreme and brilliant. Mid level also a perfect challenge. Not only walk ways and trapeze but nets too. Good value, friendly staff, and if you pick the wrong course for you, you can change - no problem. Definitely recommend.

User

Had a fantastic time at tree-top extreme this afternoon. The staff were so great with our son who has autism. He was beaming from ear to ear with smiles.we will definitely visit again. Thank you so much for making it a great experience

User

Great time at the Lake and climbing centre this afternoon. The area is clearly well looked after, car parking easy and reasonable, and helpful, friendly staff.

User

Great place to visit especially with the amazing weather, lovely walk around lake, quite large queues for ice cream etc...! Car park excellently managed, had to extend my visit and used the Pay by Phone by Napier, well managed which was refreshing for a private parking company! Parking attendant very helpful when I needed help finding my car! Will def visit again. P.S, ideal place to take kids and lots of free play areas.

User

Fantastically priced food with a generous price. The staff are friendly, and very welcoming. Table service is good. Will be telling friends and family. The lakeside is on the up!

User

Amazing place, so much to do for the whole family. Will be spending a lot of time here this summer!!

User

We had a great time this weekend and can't wait for the new splash pool. The scenery is beautiful and there are plenty of facilities. The only negative feedback I have is aimed at some of the visitors. Here is a beautiful place to visit, take the children, walk, rollerblade etc etc. Why, oh why, do you feel the need to drop litter and cigarette ends and treat the toilets as if no one else is going to have to use them?! They were absolutely disgusting! (Both the ones by the cafe and the public toilets in the pub) I wish people would have more consideration for other people and for their surroundings :( If we don't look after places like this, they will put the prices of parking and other things up to pay for the extra cleaners they need! Or worse still, they won't be able to afford to run it and the facilities will close. Please use your brains and have some respect for yours and everyone elses surroundings! (Other than that, loved it and we'll definitely be back soon!!) 😂😢😀

User

Visited tree top extreme today with my 9 year old nephew. All I can say is amazing! He loved it and did it twice.. the staff there are very friendly, polite and helpful. Great experience and will definatley be returning!

However visiting the fare and square wasn't so pleasant we only went for a hot chocolate .. and had to wait 20 minutes and our table was disgusting dirty although someone said they would be over to clean it.. other customers making complaints as I'm waiting for my hot drinks about there food and service.. Glad i didn't opt to eat there! Shame as if I hadn't of visited the pub it would of been a 5*

And the pub could do with sorting out the broken glass on the door.. tacky.

User

Me and my family have visited 3 times now and have enjoyed every visit, especially when doing the water sports, however my day was ruined by a horrible worker that had his colleague with him, one of the workers has a learning disability and me and him was talking, and the other working rudely interrupted and had a go at his colleague for talking to someone, however he wasn’t doing anything wrong, one this is not professional and two how can someone be that low to bully someone especially with a learning disability, I guess some people need to realise we’re all the same in life, other than that it is an amazing day out

User

Kids loved the splash park, very reasonably priced. Not enough tables or shaded area in 26c heat...also shocked to be asked to pay for an under one to just have a few minutes paddle.

Parking nightmare, ticket machines not taking cash only phone payments...bit of a muddle!

User

“Parking fines” are extortionate....don’t be 2 minutes late back to your car or you will be paying a £60 fine. Completely ruined a lovely walk and coffee at Willen and certainly puts you off going again, particularly when other lakes in Milton Keynes offer free parking. Yes we shouldn’t have overstayed but £60??!!

User

We went to the lake late at night to Pokemon and to relax as I’m disabled and find the darkness of night helps relax me. I didn’t expect as a blue badge holder to receive two parking tickets from your car parking company. I’m disgusted as we saw no signs of blue badge holders not being exempted from paying. Plus it was 11pm at night. I will not be coming to the lake ever again and even though the car park is not run by your selfs I would of thought you would honour the blue badge system.

User

I was at Willen Lake late summer and yer it is too expensive and before you say it's other people's fault it's not you people sell parking out to the highest bidders. I went to the health club with my carer and I paid. I have a bowel and I had to use the loo so I over stayed. I have a stoma bag needed changing or it leaks everywhere. It a medical thing. I got a ticket had to paid £100. Shall not be going to Willen. You are mean bad people who don't give a hoot.

User

I brought my disabled mother and 2 children to your park. I paid packing charges and put the parking ticket and disabled badge up . I took my mother and children out the car . We came back to the car to see that the parking ticket was on my seat. I was really worried . I have soon recived a parking charge . I sent my parking ticket to Napier parking but they are insisting I pay £100 .

This is disgusting! I took my 2 year old daughter, 4 month old son and disabled mother to a park to relive stress of my kids being in temporary accommodation. I paid the ticket but I still get a fine. There's no way I can pay as I am homeless in temporary housing. The stress and hurt from this has really hit. Can't believe when I was getting my mother out the car the wind must have swept it . I paid £1.50 to park . Napier are unwilling to drop the charge even though they know I've paid . As it was a mobility car it has come in my mother's name. She's very upset and worried she has to pay . Disgusting acts . She has memory loss and I just wanted to take her somewhere nice to enjoy what Milton Keynes has to offer

Really great fun and adults can go in for free! Which is great for me being 8 months pregnant thank you

Lovely place to bring your dog and walk around.

Had a fantastic time at tree-top extreme this afternoon. The staff were so great with our son who has autism. He was beaming from ear to ear with smiles.we will definitely visit again. Thank you so much for making it a great experience

And the pub could do with sorting out the broken glass on the door.. tacky.

We did the Treetop Extreme this morning - it put us out of our comfort zone, but was great fun! Tom the instructor was first class! Highly recommended.
