Would recommend Pauline and her husband for any party!! Their sweet cones and candy floss machine went down a treat at my daughters 4th birthday party!! Such reasonable pricing!! Totally Love this hidden gem of a shop ... I bought a sleeping beauty dress .. OMG it's soooooo pretty ...: it's my incentive dress and it almost fits already .. yeayyyy ... staff are amazingly friendly and helpful .. highly recommend stopping in dockside and having a peek x

So much cool stuff here! I'm a huge Disney and film fan and I wanted to live in this shop lol. Staff were really informative and told me about their page so I can request any items I saw in store plus different clothes sizes and they can inform me of when the next lot of stock come in which is awesome as I don't want to miss out. Deffo recommend this place

My husband had told me about this shop, and how it would be dangerous for me as I would want everything in there. Well, it definitely lived up to that. The staff were so friendly, they helped me with the sizings and trying things on, and spoke to us while we spent a long time browsing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Met the seller at Collectormania in Birmingham and have ordered from here since then. Despite the fact that they are often touring the country, answers to questions are quick and items arrive promptly and well packed- and the stuff is gorgeous!

I popped into shop Sunday to find out it was shutting and they did not have what I wanted asked the lovey lady if they can get one and her son as just dropped it of to me great service thank you so very much

Couldn't make it down to the shop from Essex on Sunday and to visit the Dickens festival so sent my parents in who did, while in the phone telling them what I wanted and them not having a clue a lovely lady helped out and got everything I wanted for them and bagged it up going to have very happy kids this Christmas, love this shop and will be visiting soon! Amazing page! I bought a villian bag and it was with me within two days amazing service will defiantly be order again. Wish I lived closer xx

Paid on the 24th Sept, not told that had to wait for stock. Asked each week about bag and was told not yet until 2 weeks ago. Was then told bag had been received and about the trouble they had had. Which I said I understand just to let their customer know. Asked if bag could be sent via next day delivery ready for a weekend away I was having on the 20th Oct, I said I would pay extra to be told that they would cover that due to my patience. Wow I thought. Never received. Asked where it was to be told it had been found at the bottom of a box and could they send it to where I was staying. Asked for it to be sent home. Still nothing. Was told end of last week it had been sent Tues/weds asked for proof of postage with the answer being later as was working. Saturday I never received anything again so I sent a message asking for a refund as this was a joke now. Read message but never replied. Absolutely beautiful stuff and I'm so so so gutted to not receive but £40 is a lot to pay for something and I haven't got any more patience. Please refund my money!

Ordered item on 21st March, item still not received 5th May. Keep being told it’s been sent and I’d get a tracking number etc. Never received tracking info or item. Now ignoring messages. Will be raising a PayPal case for a refund if not received in next few days
