Just sharing a recent all on 4 case with guided Densah bur ridge expansion to place a 3.25mm implant in a 3.5mm wide ridge. The post operative scan measurement showing around 2mm buccal and palatal bone ( ridge width achieved 6.5mm) . Interesting to see how this will look in 1 year, 5year, and 15 years ?.
