We have used Woodley Goldsmiths a number of times and would recommend them to everyone. They have always been very professional yet friendly and we have been extremely pleased with everything we’ve had from them. They have done a couple of bespoke items for us which are really lovely.

Visited the shop a few weeks ago to purchase a new watch. The choice was great and Andy and his staff were more than happy to help! Thanks. A great independent to support.

This has been our go-to jeweller for many years. We have purchased jewellery as well as having repairs, cleaning and re-sizing, most recently I had a very delicate ring re-sized. We’ve always had an excellent experience.

Recently had to return a watch which i had a new battery replacement and it stopped working within the one year guarantee and Woodley Goldsmiths replaced it again free of charge. I did keep the receipt from the first replacement which helped. Pleased with this service i returned again last week with my Late Grandmother's signet ring. I had it made smaller for my little finger. I am really pleased. The fit is perfect and they cleaned it too so its really shiny like its new. Thank you to Woodley Goldsmiths!

I've been using Woodley Goldsmiths for many years. I can always rely on finding something special for my sister's birthday, or something pretty and reasonably priced for my daughter's friends. I have had rings resized and many things repaired, including an enamel pendant from Peru. I've always found the staff friendly and helpful, and especially patient when I can't make up my mind. They've also untangled chains, free of charge. Please don't move !!

I had four items that needed repair work, one of which was a pendant for a necklace which effectively required rebuilding. The staff were lovely, the price was reasonable, yet realistic, and the work they did on the pendant was amazing. I wouldn't consider going to any other jeweller now that I've found them.

I have never been dissapointed with Woodley Goldsmiths. I have bought many presents there for friends over the years like bracelets bangles, cuff links & earrings. Each time the person who the gift was for have been delighted. Tony made my daughters wedding ring last year and altered a diamond eternity band for me too. I always go there for any watch battery replacements or any jewellery that needs repairing. Excellent service & lovely welcoming staff.

I have had a few bits of jewellery mended or resized and always been pleased with the service and like the fact they do on-site and don't send away.

I have been a customer for many years. I have numerous pairs of quality, unusual earrings & bracelets. Always good for that special gift and jewellery repairs and soldering always completed to high standard. Friendly staff too & we get a Christmas card! �

I had two rings made into one ring at Woodley Goldsmiths. I was a little apprehensive as they had such sentimental value ( my late mums wedding and engagement rings) I wasn’t disappointed, I am so happy with the result. Would recommend

I had my wedding ring custom made here to fit my “awkward” engagement ring, and couldn’t fault the service at-all, it was everything I asked it to be! all was perfect from start to finish!! Thankyou!

I had my engagement ring polished and re-plated. It looks brand new again. Very happy with the service- quick turnaround time, excellent customer service and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them!

Had a ring and a pendant necklace repaired here and would highly recommend their expertise and good service.

Fantastic service, wouldn’t trust anyone else with our jewellery repairs and alterations. Especially love that the work is done on the premises and not sent away like most jewellery shops do (high risk of it getting lost!).

Always reliable service for repairs and alterations. Have relied on this shop several times over the years, as have other family members. Great quality and quick service. So good to have a local shop with a great reputation.

I was even told I can bring my engagement ring for a free clean and polish ready for the big day which was a nice touch. So I'll be in yo see you guys again in June. Service always with a smile.
