With over 13 year's experience of yoga practise and a life balanced between corporate and yogic worlds, my practise lies somewhere in between as a Western Yogini.
Recognising that in the West, our lives are not set up for a 100% yogic life, I will bring the philosophy and practise of yoga into your world - offering a flexible and adaptable indivdual approach.
I believe that health is one of the most valuable assets we have, and am passionate about helping people find the tools to help them optimise what they have and to be the best they can be.
