7 months - 4 stone lost. Incredible.
It is seeing my clients get results like this that makes me love what I do. But more importantly it is results like this that make me seek growth in the way I do things. I often notice the big changes happen after inconsistent progress turns into consistent progress. So when I ask what causes the transition, the sudden shift. The answer usually involves the following:
Having a clear mission (a goal)... Having a clear plan (like a business plan) Some way of enjoying every bit of progress. In Russell's case here it was his FitBit Routine that is prioritised and protected Accountability (being called out for slacking) And being grateful for the better life that is gained from amazing results.

"All going really well actually but via a bit of a different route to the exercise. I’ve piled all my energy and focus into sorting out all the tasks and DIY etc that have been building up over the years.
... Your suggestion to put together a meal plan inspired me to do another plan that I should have done a long time ago - basically I made a task list (over 100 things!) that need doing around the house or in general and Input a plan together and have been working through them all for the last few weeks.
Doing all the things I’ve put off and haven’t wanted to do in the past, and finishing them is making me feel really good, energised, lots of little achievements, and getting the family involved too so it’s sometimes even quite fun. So feeling really good for it! 👍🏻. Learning a lot of new things too which is great. Like how to drain central heating systems - though I did get black radiator sludge all over the carpet! 😂
Diet is going well. The positive mindset from above is making it much easier to make better food decisions. 😊 And I’m coping better with little set backs like the black sludge going everywhere, so stress management is improving."

This week, I had a lady send me this message. What's so awesome about it is the simplicity. This was not difficult at all.
Just a short update I started this journey on the 22nd of May 2019 weighing 14st stone 1 and today just 22 days I am weighing 13st 4 so focused, so determined to lose weight and keep fit.

What is so bad about the week? The fact you have so much to do, big deadlines, too much stress and not enough sleep?
... Sometimes we forget that how we feel is our choice. How we show up is our choice. How we eat is our choice. How we do everything is our choice.
You can chose to look forward to the weekend and waste the week. You can chose to eat rubbish, stress and get bad sleep. You can chose to comfort eat. But doesn't this just ruin the very weekend you look forward to. Instead of having fun you just want to sleep.
Here is what to do. Make yourself happy. Chose to eat well, sleep well and replace being full with being grateful. Have fun and enjoy every moment. It is all in your control.
