The Battle Lakes is a woodland Airsoft site like no other in the UK. With its sixteen lakes and set in 200 acres of extremely varied woodland, Battle Lakes will challenge even the most hardened Airsoft veteran.
The site has the perfect mix of man made as well as natural features, which includes; defensive structures, 4×4 tracks, sneaky trails, hilltop positions and lots of water features. The games themselves are scenario based and last all day, which are designed to take full advantage of the awesome surroundings. We also regularly use vehicles, airsoft mortars and a lot of cool toys in game to enhance each event.
The facilities on site are excellent with large indoors and outdoors safe areas. Included are; working power sockets, Men & Women’s toilets, kitchen, onsite battery charging, changing areas and dedicated customer car parking. The onsite shop sells; BB’s, Pyrotechnics, gas and a range of Airsoft equipment at competitive prices.
The Age Limit on site is 13
PRIVATE HIRE DAYS
The Mall is available to parties wishing to private hire an entire site for the day. We specialise in everything from birthday bashes and stag do’s to corporate events. If you are a site owner or part of a team who would like to run your own event, we can cater for this as well. Please contact us for more information.
SITE FPS LIMITS
AEG /Full Auto weapons – 350fps ( + slight variance)
Semi Auto sniper – 450fps (No variance)
Bolt action sniper – 500fps (No variance)
All RIF’s will be chronographed with site magazine & 0. 2gm bb at the start of an event and are subject to random chrono testing at anytime throughout the day. We reserve the right NOT to allow the use of any RIF over the FPS limit. For normal open days, unless advertised otherwise, there are no ammo limits. Any questions regarding FPS please contact us directly.
PYROTECHNICS RULES
Important: Only pyrotechnics sold by Zed Adventures or made by TLSFx or Enola Gaye will be allowed on site. BFG’s are allowed on site and fully insured, strict safety rules apply. Only 9mm, . 22 short blanks or primer ammunition can be used. A grenade going off in a structure (room) means instant kill to all occupants, in larger open areas, a grenade will instant kill every player within 15ft radius unless behind hard cover (concrete wall, barrier etc). MILITARY SMOKE GRENADES ARE NOT PERMITTED

Sunday Open Days - A hot lunch is included in the booking price. A vegetarian meal option is available on request. There is also free tea and coffee available all day.

Booking is on a first come, first served basis and the total number of players are limited to ensure a good playing environment and vary from event to event. We advise that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

On Sunday open days, a maximum of 20 places are held in reserve for walk on players on the day, again on a first come basis. Contact us via phone up to 24 hours before the event.
BATTLE LAKES CAFÉ
We have a cafe that is a 4 minute walk from the safezone that offers everything from a full English breakfast menu in the morning right through to a selection of other meals served through the day (if hotdogs are not your thing).
DIRECTIONS
The main site does not have a direct postcode but the one below is for the Team Dynamics site on which Battle Lakes is based. If you are using Satnav or working from a map, use this postcode to get you on Hawkenbury Rd. The site sits half way between Frank Lakes and the Bellhall Rd turn off further north. The site entrance has sign posting for Team Dynamics and Zed Adventures.

Well the rain certainly held off! Wicked day today guys, some great plays, and truly amazing shots pulled off; 2 of which I was on the receiving end of!

awesome site. alot better then expected. all game plays was great for weather and lack of players that turned up due to the heat. Marshalls are top notch and all players were a pleasure to play with. deffinatley recommend to anyone who likes wood land plays and don't mind a bit of mud :-) thanks for a top day gents from me and rest of Spartan recon who made the journey x
Third time playing here and it’s one of the best sites I’ve been. Extremely well run, plenty of room to set up. Great games modes that change regularly with a good variety of engagement zones. Couldn’t recommend it enough. The Marshall’s are friendly, helpful but do not tolerate cheats/bad sportsmanship
Quality site! Buts it’s not the site that make it, it’s the staff running it. It’s ran so well, everyone wants to play fairly and have a great day! Not one occasion was there any whinging of hit taking! Cracking day and site owners Mrs makes a mean chillie for lunch!
It's the best woodland venue I've played so far. Have never had a bad experience, marshalls are very professional and helpful in instructing and moving the game play to maximise your experience. However I've managed to wander lost various games but usually end up in the other teams vicinity! Great course which is forever changing with nature. Couldn't recommend Tony and his team more! The grub is also top notch!
It was my first time at battle lakes there were 3 games 1 in the morning and 2in the afternoon and I loved it all especially as they were played like milsims but weren't milsim theses are my type of games
Great marshals, location and players. One of the most professionally ran and best sites I’ve been to. Would 100% recommend. �
Great game site and brilliant staff.
The games run kept the pacing up and made sure the game stayed engaging through out.
Very much recommend carrying water in the field and taking map. The layout can be a bit much for a beginner and you'll need hydration to survive the long game times, especially if the sun is out.

Little cold to start but warmed up nice.
Food was good.
Game play was brilliant great sportsmanship all round.
Great banter with staff and service all day.
Got my knife back found in game zone big thanks to who ever found it and handed it back.
Brilliant day. Run by some of the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Always helpful and nice banter to make it better.
Refreshing games that involve all levels and ages of players.
And great toilet facilities not just a hole in the ground 😁
