Firstly, I am a very fussy builder myself, and 121 roofing were suggested to me by the warm roof manufacturers. I had never met Tony, but instantly had the right vibes that he was who we wanted to do our roof.

You could see all the way through the build, the attention to detail that was being put into the work, and we are over the moon with the new room that Tony and his staff have given us.

Thrilled with the installation of our new Guardian Roof which was executed with professionalism and excellent customer care. We were blown away with the speed and efficiency it was built and most appreciative of the extra mile Tony and his team were prepared to go to ensure we were delighted with the result; a great team to have on site.

The installation of our replacement conservatory roof was a pleasure from start to completion. Personally I found both Tony and Spencer helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable on the products they use and work they carry out. I was kept fully informed throughout the installation and was pleasantly surprised at there speed and attention to detail. I would recommend 121 Roofing without any hesitation. Our new roof has been a complete success, since it's completion we have had some very hot days and where before the room was far too hot to sit in it's now an absolute pleasure. Although we haven't experienced it through the winter months yet I'm confident the room will be far warmer than before. During the installation we had heavy rain the worst case scenario for when you have a new roof which filled me with dread however the 121 Roofing team where not fazed at all. As a result absolutely no issues at all, they have a process which means no period of time you have no roof or sections missing all very cleaver. Just wish I'd had made the decision years ago.

I never write reviews but I have been very impressed with the work that Tony and Sam have done so I thought that I would. I have a very old lean too conservatory which is being renovated. Tony and Sam have taken down the old windows and roof and have fitted a raised floor and stud work to the walls. Throughout their work they have been very professional and courteous and have kept the area clean - which means a lot to me. I would highly recommend 121 roofing.

I don't usually right reviews but I feel that I have to say what an excellent job 1 2 1 Roofing done to my 25 year old conservatory, from the initial survey to the finished inspection was very professional. Tony and his excellent team pulled out all the stops to over come a few technical hitches on the way to ensure we were delighted with the finished job. Tony in particular is very consciences and precise on what he does which can be seen in the build of the roof. The Guardian Warm Roof is defiantly worth the money and we are looking forward to being able to use the conservatory / room all year round.
