What a gem. Perfect venue for a chilled out evening with mates. Drinks selection is top draw and service is 5*. Would highly recommend.

Was here last night. Proper cocktails! Worth every penny. Great decor and atmosphere. Didn’t need to leave my seat all night as you have table service and a buzzer � Staff really friendly too. Coming back for sure

The decor is classy and elegant. The staff are polite, attentive and know their stuff. The drinks are fresh, creative and made to protection! Definitely the place to be.

The decor and setup is immaculate... table service is ideal... drinks taste like heaven... and a lovely roof terrace to chill in!

Southampton has been crying out for an exclusive 25+ hangout, and the fact it’s a cocktail bar is a massive bonus! I have a feeling this place is going to encourage me and my friends to start heading back into town on the weekends!

I took the wife to 1932 for 'date night' last night, impossible to find fault with the place. It's like a little slice of tranquillity! A more mature clientele, superb personal service that made you feel like a valued customer, amazing cocktails and top quality drinks in a totally relaxing atmosphere with every comfort catered for. There's even a little button on your table to silently call your waiter! The attention to detail is superb with great views over the park.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to bar where there has been such attention to detail in it’s decor! It’s very relaxed Atmosphere really does make it the prefect place to enjoy one of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted. Me and my friends have been slowly making our way through their extensive menu. You really want be disappointed with a visit to what I believe to be the best cocktail bar in Southampton. The table service is just the icing on the cake as no one likes to spend most of their evening queuing for a drink. Enjoy!

Beautiful cocktails, beautiful decor, with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very attentive, felt very looked after. If you want a good cocktail, this is the place to go � Looking forward to coming back!

Art Deco as defined represented luxury, glamour, exuberance, and faith in social and technological progress. So does 1932, the ambiance and the feel of this classy new bar situated in the heart of Southampton is something to be proud of!



I have been fortunate to have a fabulous experience with a great service and most especially the wonderful and personally crafted gin cocktail, as part of their Cocktail Week Special this week. The Twister Tonic is beyond amazing and very refreshing on a very warm day!



The antipasti of choice cold meats are scrumptious and a remarkable compliment to my Gin and Tonic Cocktails! And the service of the staff is truly commendable especially their knowledge of the spirits and their bar tending skills.



I can’t wait to experience the ambiance at night time and the outdoor view of Andrew’s Park while sipping the other cocktails in the bar menu. See you soon 1932!!! Cheers and again thanks for bringing a very classy bar near me!

Absolutely fantastic cocktail bar, Southampton has been missing something like this. The whiskey sour was the best I’ve ever had, and I’m very picky! Also has a nice G&T and the bartenders were very keen to discuss my preferences and if I had any suggestions going forward.



The only constructive criticism I have is either ditch the Schweppes 1783 tonic for Fever Tree, or if possible keep both. The FT Mediterranean tonic is very unique and an absolute game changer for certain G&T’s.



Try a Monkey 47 with FT Med and a grapefruit twist and you’ll know what I’m talking about �

A real treat for Southampton, quality drinks, friendly staff and a wonderfully chilled atmosphere
