AAIRS Ltd provide a range of buildings assessment services including new build Part L1a air pressure testing, thermal imaging, condensation damp /mould assessments and combined blower door-thermal imaging heat loss assessment for residential homes and commercial units. Based near Fareham in Hampshire we work across Southern England including Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

With a flexible approach work is scheduled to fit around the client’s requirements which includes evenings and weekends if required. We value all our customers whether business or self-build / home owners and pride ourselves on providing a complete all round service which for air pressure testing includes being on site for as long as necessary tracing the paths of leakage so they can be sealed up before re-testing the dwelling at no extra cost.
