Lee and Eddie are back again for the first Montuno Monthly event of 2019 with a twist, we will be running afternoon workshops with Juan Soto and Clara, this promises to be another great party night at Warmley, great music, classes, great floor and most important a great crowd of regular dancers to make this monthly party so special.
Our guest teachers this month Juan Soto and Clara who will be taking the Improver / Intermediate class in the main room, whilst Lee will be taking the Beginners / Move to Improver class in the second room
Classes start at 7:15 with Eddie class tbc. At 8pm Juan and Clara will be in the main room with Imp/Intermediate while beg/move to imp with Lee in the second room

We are finally back tonight after the Christmas break. Looking forward to seeing all our usual lot plus all our lovely new beginners. Doors open at 6.30pm with classes starting at 7pm. Bachata is beautiful / fun / sexy / sensual Latin dance thats easy to master. With 4 levels to choose from, you can work you way up at your our pace. We have structered classes to suit all needs from complete novices, to hard core dancers.

... Known for her classy yet sassy approach, Jayne is one of the most stylish dancers in the scene. After studying dance from a young age she discovered salsa in her teens and never looked back. Soon after she was teaching alongside her mentor Gary Thomas and then went on to form Mamboleo Dance Company.
Jayne takes inspiration from both the New York and Cuban salsa scene which is reflected in her unique style and performances. She brings energy and personality to the dance floor and her warm and friendly approach has proved a winning combination with students and dancers alike.

Love the bachata classes! A lot of fun, not too many moves to learn so my brain can cope. Love bachating! �

I took my non-dancer friend along to the Wednesday salsa class as I'm planning to move to the area and wanted to see what the Salsa scene was like - we were certainly not disappointed! Angus was superb - thoroughly entertaining as well as excellent instruction. I don't think I've ever laughed so much in a salsa class! The beginners and technique classes not only clearly explained and demonstrated the basic moves but also how to dance them properly (which seems to be so often overlooked). All the other dancers were really friendly and overall it was a really lovely atmosphere. I wish I'd been able to stay until the end for the social dancing... As soon as I get my house move sorted, I'll DEFINITELY be back! ;-)
