Acorn Social Club

The Acorn Social Club is a members only club, which is CIU Affiliated. The club first opened in 1930, and will be celebrating 85 years in 2015.

The Acorn Social Club is comprised of:

Main bar
Games room with pool table, snooker table and dart board
Function room

The function room can be hired out by members, and is used on a Saturday night for disco /live entertainment. Keep an eye out for updates on this page.

A Meat Draw is held every Friday evening. Tote tickets are sold on a Friday and Saturday, and the draw takes place on Saturday evening.

We also host Indoor Games teams, for example, Cribbage, Dominoes, Pool, Snooker, Darts, etc.

The Club is open 7 days a week. Please enquire within for membership.
