Active Life is a new Sports Therapy clinic in Polesworth, Tamworth, Staffs and was opened in Feburary, 2013.

At active life clinic we offer assessment and treatments for occupational and sports injuries in a relaxed and friendly environment. The aim is to get you back to your 'active life' you deserve incorporating your specific fitness needs with the appropriate treatment and advice during and after your treatment session.

Active life offers on-site gym facilities and equipment available as well as a treatment room and bathroom.
Active life is owned and operated by Abbey Neary with the capacity of more opportunities coming available in the future.
