Hi all,

I'm an ex-professional footballer with a passion for fitness, wellbeing and sport. I'm currently studying Exercise and Sport Science at Manchester Metropolitan University and have recently qualified as a Personal Trainer.
Fitness, nutrition and health have been a major part of my daily routine and have had a significant impact on my career. All that i have learnt from being a sports professional, undertaking my degree and becoming a personal trainer - has now enabled me to help, guide and support other people in their fitness goals and aspirations.
