YOU HAVE TO TRY! 😮
INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates (about 15 dates) • 1 cup oats... • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds • 1/4 cup shredded coconut • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or natural both work well) • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • pinch of salt • your favourite jam
METHOD: 1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place about 15 small dollops (about 1 tsp each) of jam on the pan. 2. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours to let the jam firm up. 3. Blend the Medjool dates, oats, flax seeds, shredded coconut, peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt in a food processor until combined. The mixture should be sticky when you press it between your fingers. If it’s not, add a few more dates. 4. Using your hand scoop out some of the dough and flatten into a disk shape. 5. Remove the jam from the freezer and place a dollop in the centre of the disk. 6. Fold up the edges sealing the jam in the centre, (like folding a dumpling) then roll between your hands to form a ball. 7. Repeat the process for each energy bite. 8. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.

While most people this morning were getting their extra half an hour in bed...
We were up, smashing out a 45 minute session consists of pushing, swinging, rowing, jumping, dipping! Doing whatever it takes to improve ourselves 🙌🏻🙌🏻🔥

🔥🔥BOX JUMPS🔥🔥
We have new boxes which have seemed take some of our members to the next level on box jumps! So many of them have managed to jump the 20inchs, even the 24, 30 and 40 ICNHES!!
But, the one I really wanted to share is Jayne Westcott
... Jayne is a machine in a classes as it is, however she could easily use her age as an excuse. But does she?!
Hell NO!
After today’s classes we had a bit of a box jump off and Jayne was frustrated she still hadn’t managed to jump the 20inch box.
Jayne came to me after class and asked if she could take the box home to practice (THIS IS SOMEONE HUNGRY TO SUCCEED) within a couple of hours after the class (yes after the class) we get this message on the Facebook Members Area!!
It goes to show, if you set yourself to do something and really desire it... the sky is the limit 🙌🏻

Standing Box Jumps - 42 inches!
Next goal- 45 inches...
... We all have big targets, but focusing on them can be very overwhelming. So best thing to do, break it down into mini targets.
My goal for standing box jumps is 50 inches, for me that looks too far away and gets me dishearten, so I set my self little targets.
My targets since February this year...
1st 38 inches ✅ 2nd 40 inches ✅ 3rd 42 inches ✅ 4th 45 inches
Try breaking down your goals into mini goals and I guarantee that will help you so much better 🙌🏻💪🏻
