I have a personal experience with PTSD after having a traumatic birth of my beautiful Twin girls. I have come out the other side knowing I wanted to help others in anyway I could. I often share my experience as we can't always help what happens to us, but we can learn and grow from it, helping others know that they are not alone in potentially the darkest times in their lives. Sure, I am massage therapist, I am also a Mummy, friend, survivor and Holistic Wellness and Health is forefront of why I do what I do. Know that my space is completely confidential, I won't judge you, it's a safe space and just know that you are never alone.
