Alice Flynn Creativity And Yoga

Alice is a creativity facilitator, yoga teacher, bodyworker & writer based in Dorset. She shares embodied movement, play and creativity as paths to peace.

At the heart of mywork are embodied movement, play and creativity for adults – accessible practices that nurture deep presence, connection and self-expression.

I offer regular hatha and yin yoga classes as well as creativity and yoga workshops and retreats. I also offer personalised celebrations (conscious creativity and movement for Hen parties, mother blessings etc. ) and monthly conscious creativity circle, one-to-one and corporate sessions for well-being and authentic connection. I also offer creative support and facilitation for artists from project-centred process through to personal exploration and practice for the creatively-curious.

I am a trained bodyworker and share Kahuna Hawaiian temple-style massage, a flowing massage that nurtures and supports on all levels.

My work is grounded in over ten years’ experience of working within arts education, theatre, movement, writing and facilitation.
She believes embodied practices such as yoga, dance, organic movement, play and creativity act as doorways to a deeper awareness of our innate wholeness, well-being, joy and peace.
