Amuse Bouche Catering is run by Paul & Mark Mortimer. We offer a professional outside catering service for events and functions of all types and sizes, from wedding catering and corporate events to private parties.

As our slogan suggests, we cater for any occasion, be it a corporate event, a private party, contract work or a celebration, from weddings to funerals, board meetings to barbecues, dinner parties to champagne receptions, our catering skills will make your occasion special. Amuse Bouche recognises that each customer is different and we make it our business to understand and appreciate the finer details that will make your occasion special. We want you to be sure that you enjoy the experience and that you will take advantage of our knowledge and expertise along the way. We offer a personal one-to-one service in which we arrange to visit at a time convenient for you. From the beginning we work with you to create the perfect function for your needs but also importantly within your budget.

You know the type of event you want to have and you know how you want the day to flow but are unsure of what menu you want to provide, we can help you with ideas that will help make the task of compiling a menu quite simple. During the one to one we identify exactly what is required and advise or recommend other services that may be necessary.

Where possible we buy fresh local produce to support local businesses and we also supply organic products on request.
