We were just amazed by her experience and work in Canada.

We wanted to encourage an inspiring Junior Sailor to build his or her sailing experience by supplying the clothing and equipment he or she needed, and after hearing from over 50 Juniors we decided to go with Felix Cummings, because of his enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to advance his skills and share his passion for the sport.
We are excited for 2019 and thrilled to be part of Felix's path into sailing.

Would like to say a big thankyou to my instructor sammi for my confined open water training this weekend was very thorough and clear in everything she taught whilst making it a pleasurable and enjoyable experience and helping out with extra advice when needed can't wait for my open water lake dive next weekend once again thankyou sammi keep up the good work

Was at the lake this afternoon with Lois - Sunday dive next week. Many thank to Mike in the shop, Jo and Aaron and all the other help from staff at tne lake. Photos if I can work out how to add them. Great time.

Took my drysuit in for new latex socks last Fri and was told it would take two to three weeks as their engineer was off sick. Absolute shock when it arrived back in Dorset, two miles from the Devon border, on Wed!! And it only cost ÂŁ46,45 for the repair and delivery!! Excellent service!! Thanks to the Andark team!!

Thank you for the trail experience last night myself and my partner Jim really enjoyed it and hope to do it again soon. Your instructors were so patient and showed us all at a perfect level, within small groups and one to one attention. Excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to others.

My two teenagers have just completed their Open Water course. It was my daughters 16th birthday present. They have had such an amazing 4 days, they now feel super inspired. Thank you Tom for your brilliance. Time to book my refresher course......

My partner has just completed her open water with Andark and they have been great. Excellent facilities and all the staff we dealt with were professional and very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

I have dealt with Andark almost exclusively in the UK for the past 23 years. Despite having several dive stores closer to home, Andark remain first choice, for their depth of knowledge of the equipment they supply, their friendly staff and excellent training facilities. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great service at the NEC Dive Show where I bought a wetsuit. Even better they went back and located the detachable pocket not available at the show called me up and quickly dispatched it to me. Thank you!

I purchased my Suunto D6i back in Feb at the London Dive Show where the guys were really helpful and patient in helping me choose my first set of dive gear & when one of the buttons on the settings failed, they couldn't have been more helpful in getting it fixed and returned to me in double quick time.

Top job, Thanks guys!

Been involved in dive industry since 1995 there great dive school then exceptional dive schools Andark is one of them went to ask about new reg set the sales rep Jazz new her product one she listened and understood my needs as a diver , and cared both my wife were blown away by her customer service , Used Andark lake and there pool never had any issues , a dive company you can trust .

After doing his junior PADI in TNRC, I was wanting my son to have some UK scuba diving experience so for his birthday I booked him the next course with Andark. They were they very helpful over the phone suggesting what I should book, and what wouldn’t be necessary at this time, and it’s all book.



2 days before his birthday, which falls on Good Friday ( a Bank Holiday ) I rang again asking if there was anything on that Linus could take part in. Again they didn’t disappoint, they seamed to put them self out to help us. And You May think, of course they did they want your money! But no, Linus did his 1:1 refresher, and at no additional cost! Not only was the instructor Alex, brilliant with Linus, he then went that extra mile and pointed us in the right direction as to what to spend Linus birthday money on. It was so refreshing to have an honest opinion, he could have told us to have the most expensive, and he could of added a lot more to our shopping list, but he didn’t. He helped fit masks, explaining to Linus how it’s done, and what to look out for, we tried on different fins, again ensuring he had the best fit, but more importantly that they had enough growing room, without being to big. You CAN NOT, buy kindness, knowledge and passion for something you enjoy. So Thank you Alex and Andark for a lovely birthday, my son was grinning from ear to ear.

I have dived with andark in the past and their teaching has been brilliant and I would recommend them for refreshers. Recent customer service has let them down but my complaint was dealt with quickly and efficiently

I took my 15 Lt cylinder for a refill of nitrox 32 % on 19/10/18. It already had 95 bar in it. Signed for the nitrox content in the shop. As getting ready to dive in Kimmeridge Bay my content gauge was showing 100 bar only. Tried again, still the same. Very disappointed as this means I was not going to do the dive. I phoned Andark and explained the situation. They offered a free nitrox refill next time I am in and we’re going to call me as well. ??? They left a message while I was diving. It said that I signed for it, therefore there was nothing they had to do ? Appalling service, and appalling response! No one checks content in bar value. I checked the nitrox content only and that’s what I signed for.



I went there 3 days later and demanded to get what I paid for. They did not argue against that. I had 12 litre cylinder had air refill that I paid at the same time.



Collected the nitrox bottle following day and shop staff said that it appear to be a genuine mistake. It never happened before. However my diving mates said that they collected an empty cylinder from them a few years ago and another friend said that he had 170 bar filled in his cylinder.



Mistakes can happen, a simple apology does make up for it. I was not after anything else. However they were not really sorry for anything.



It appears they do not learn from their mistakes either.

I think Andark is great BUT yesterday i tried a dry suit with a view to investing in one and i came away soaked Dry suit my ?:;

I purchased two sets of regs about 2 years ago and paid more than a price I found online. We negotiated a free service on the regs due to the higher price and they’ve magically lost all record of this.

When I took the regs in for a service explaining it should be free, they didn’t say anything and sent them off without advising me it would not be free and have now had to pay to get them back as they’ve done the work.

The most frustrating thing is the fact that I could have sold my regs on eBay, saved the service fee and got a brand new set online for another ÂŁ100 which is a no brainer!!

After this and reading other reviews on google I suggest people do some research if they are buying or servicing regs at Andark.

It’s a shame as we’ve bought two regs, two watches, wetsuits, BCD’s and various other dive kit there and will not give them another penny in the future.
