Hey guys hope your all doing well! We've some sad news that the Wednesday 8:30-10pm adult sessions will not be running anymore from March onwards. So the final Wednesday adult session will be the 27th of February! Its been 6 years since I started running this session and it's been great to see so many people practicing and enjoying Parkour, but at this time I now have other passions that I wish to pursue. Thanks for making the sessions fun and for training hard, I've enjoyed every single session since it started! Monday adult sessions will still be running as normal with Liam, so keep up the training 👊

We are open!! Last few weeks until we break up for Christmas! Our last session is on Saturday 22nd December and then back open when schools start in January. Have seen some incredible progress from all the hardworking children this year ✌️
