Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the theory that all parts of your body and its internal organs are linked to specific areas (reflexes) of your hands and feet. By working these reflexes with thumb and finger, vital energy and nerve pathways are unblocked, which in turn allows your body to heal itself.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle but powerful, non-manipulative theray that uses gentle moves over muscle. ligaments and tendons to stimulate the nervous system, release muscle tension and improve blood circulation. Your body is then prompted to adjust and heal itself.

Anne is a very experienced therapist, trained in advanced techniques in both Reflexology and Bowen Therapy. She has been teaching professionally recognised Reflexology Diploma courses (IIR) and training practitioners in post graduate advanced techniques for several years.
