Aspen Counselling

At times in most people’s lives difficulties are encountered that we find we cannot face alone.

Difficulties may be due to relationship problems or events such as bereavement, job loss , redundancy and life stage.

Sometimes there seems to be no explanation for overwhelming feelings such as anxiety, panic, phobias and depression.

We are all unique and I seek to match counselling tools appropriately and carefully to your individual needs.

I am a qualified counsellor and a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and ACC (Association of Christian Counsellors) adhering to their Codes of Ethics. I am under professional supervision.

This confidential service is available to people over18 years of age and uses many integrative counselling tools including cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, Gestalt, creative, narrative and person centred therapies from a Christian worldview.
