I've had 2 no shows today, my next weekend appointment is not avaliable until APRIL so I could have filled this slot with another dog.
Unfortunately from now on if you have one no show you will have to pay for your missed appointment and also pop up to the salon to pay a £10 deposit should you want to rebook.
It saddens me that this has to be done but there is no other option now.
