A massive well done to everyone who attended the Christmas Eve smash up this morning! Our PTs Kim and Tony got stuck in and battled it out with our members this morning for the team circuit events! One member burnt 1519 calories from all 3 events!

Yesterday mornings 1030 was a tough little bugger!

What a great month we had.
From the bottom of my heart would I like to thank each and everyone that donated towards this amaing Charity.
Movember fund raiser was for male prostate cancer awareness and suicide prevention and your £455 will go a long way to help both these causes.
... Let's not forget the 5 x Intesne training sessions that pushed us literally to breaking point and how much fun it was crawling around on the rubber mats trying to get your breath back😂😂😂😂😂

Yesterday myself and my partner found ourselves in a tricky situation! We had a qualifier to film for a competition and our usual gym closed earlier than normal. My first thought was to go the Battleground - and we weren't disappointed! We phoned ahead to see if they had the equipment we needed - they did, thank goodness! The staff were so welcoming and accomodating when we arrived. This gym really is first class! Thank you so much guys, you really saved our bacon and I knew we could rely on you! 5☆☆☆☆☆

What a great place. I must confess that it's not as much fun as the pub but Pierre tells me it's doing me good. And he knows his onions.

Was travelling with work and had battleground recommend so got the day pass for a fiver had a warm welcome from all. The gym was well equipped and plenty to do all a high standard will definitely be returning

This is my favourite place for my mind, body and soul � I might come in grumpy, sad or stressed � but I always leave covered in sweat with a big grin on my face feeling like a champion �� � Fun and friendly atmosphere with amazing trainers who know their stuff � Great for newbies or experienced as you can go at it as easy or as hard as you like. � The equipment is top notch and the range of it is incredible. Started comin two wks ago and I must say really like the gym. Staff very friendly. And have good equipment. Really enjoying training there.

So I attended bootcamp session on Sunday 2/10 with Kim. I have to say what a work out! I have not done any kind of exercise in 3 years and really struggled to keep up as a beginner but it was a fab workout. On the plus side everyone that attends the session is really supportive. No one laughed or made fun when I had to sit some of it out. Kim was great and and offered loads of great advice so I am ready for next time. I would strongly recommend this class.

Love the atmosphere, love how welcoming everybody is. Especially love Kim's classes.

I have been training at Battleground fitness for years now, it’s the absolute best gym around. Today we had a coaching session with Val and it was without doubt the best money I have spent. Awesome gym! Really love this place! Love the atmosphere, kit and the people.

An extremely professional gym (in regard to their sports science and nutrition based knowledge!) and they focus on what is core to a positive healthy body and mind. It's not about how muscly or skinny you look when lifting in front of the mirror, more about what is essential to achieving strength and fitness in a healthy, effective and safe way, through individual goals and with a supportive team. Haven't been a member for long but wish I had found the place sooner!

An awesome training facility! My 2nd home! Being a female you can be put off by walking into a gym environment, but everyone here is so friendly! Over the last two years, I have completely transformed the way I look and have gained so much more knowledge and experience, thanks to the PT's and staff at battleground fitness!! It's a 5 from me!!!

Amazing gym Amazing Trainers. They have helped my to go from being a couch potato to running multiple OCRs and being fitter than I have been in years.
