As we wake this morning to yet another beautiful day we are getting ready to wind down from the summer chaos we have had this year....torrential rain, high winds and now the sunshine that makes everything seem like a distant memory...I would like to thank our lovely campers that have stayed through it all and really appreciate the diversity of real camping and to remind you of our special offer in October...all pitches 15.00 and your dogs camp for free this includes the half term holiday....book early as we are only letting a few pitches

Even with all that has been thrown at us with the weather this summer....Mother Nature always makes me smile...the bees and butterflies are among our happiest guests this year ❤️

We had the honour and pleasure of being a party to a secret proposal over the last few days.....what an honour...thank you ....we were alerted by e mail to this beautiful boys intentions....and Joey and kt were hooked and wrapped up in the excitement of it all ...such a beautiful young couple and their two dogs a pleasure to have as our guests...even the weather didn't put a dampener on their holiday...romance is not dead after all.......thank goodness 😍😍💋
We are doing a "dogs are family too " special in October, in the past years October has been a lovely month here in Woolacombe,the whole of the beach is accessible to the dogs, parking no problem, and generally a wonderful laid back atmosphere...........so...........we are doing all pitches at 15.00 to include two adults and the dogs camp for free, we welcome multi dog families too....... You will receive a complimentary drink on arrival and a biccy for the dogs...this special rally can only be booked directly with us or through freedom camping....we have limited pitches available so don't leave it too late .........see you soon 😃

i had the pleasure of finding a newly fledged bull finch in our barns..not this one but one just like it...the pleasure of being able to hold it until it had regained enough composure to fly off...priceless
We had a bike tour today...trying new routes to pass on to our guests...ask us in reception for details.
A newly emerged moth one of the many ways to get the most from a real camping trip...and the perfect vehicle for putting up the kids
This precious fledgling resting on our book bank..fluffy little head and wide mouth......I hope he meets up with mum, he flew off and started squeaking so fingers crossed 😍😍😍
Dogs are family too...making sure our four legged guests have all their needs met 🌞🌞💋

amazing site, super staff, very dog friendly perfect for a relaxing break away. Well worth a return visit :)
We checked in for 2 days and had the weather been better we would've asked to stay for longer. We loved the campsite, location and facilities. If we stood on the grassy mound behind our tent we also had a sea view! Highly recommend (And if we brave camping again we'll be back!)

Lovely family site dog friendly also ! Perfect location for woolacombe,owners and the wardens really look after you,always kept tidy and the shower block is always clean and warm,already booked again for later in the year !

Just back from a fab weekend at this amazing site! My first ever camping experience and I will definitely be repeating and coming back again soon! Stunning site with top class facilities and amazing staff, the pimms on arrival was fab! Thank you to all of u x highly recommended site!
I've stay at bay view campsite twice this year, they are very friendly and very helpful, the showers are absolutely spotless and they even have a dog field so your dogs can have a nice run around, we like it that much that we've stored our caravan there

Great site on a hill with big sky & cooling breeze . Been great in the hot weather . A bus ride or a walk away from the beach . Great facilities like a new shower block & the essential hygiene services you need for a camper or a caravan . Nice mix of tents caravans & campervans . People talk to each other in the evening ....
Fantastic site. Very clean and well kept with direct access on to the Tarka trail. Nice 45 min downhill walk to Woolacombe across fields and after a hard day walking both the coastal path and beach there is a great dog friendly taxi back. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to those wanting a quieter site.
Beautiful site, very clean and great facilities. Great walks and views from the site. The best bit is the lovely lady at reception! So friendly and helpful! We will be back and we definitely recommend it here!

Amazing campsite-we stayed her Easter Weekend. The pitches are big, the showers and toilets are immaculate and the site is well looked after and tidy. Great stop for Woolacombe and the site is super dog friendly with a separate walking field for them.
The owners are really helpful and will go out of their way to help if you need it and are dog lovers so will be able to advise of places where dogs are welcome.
