We stayed the 1 night,lovely staff,lovely atmosphere lovely food,lovely hair extensions girl in bistro,also quick shout out to the young man from Prague 21 years old certainly a credit to his homeland,5 star 💫

Took my daughter for a 1 night mini spa break. Facilities were good. Pool, Jacuzzi etc were lovely and loungers around pool area to laze on. Bedroom was immaculate and comfy beds. Food was fantastic also and staff very polite. Treatment was great, deep tissue massage but would have liked a little longer �

This was a girl's day off ,, so we went for a spa day. ,, the girls doing the treatment s we're lovely , and very professional, very warm welcome to, the pool area was nice clean , and warm , fresh drinking water to through out the spa, we had lunch there which I had mussels and chips , very nice and my friend s had chicken, pasta dish , nice , desert was a little let down as I believe it was all frozen before hand ,, but all. In all very nice and we would go back x

Stayed here twice now as part of a spa package with a treatment included, 3 course dinner and bed and breakfast! Both times have been great, lovely rooms, spa facilities and the staff are great. Special mention to Charlie for making our evening meal entertaining and relaxing :)

My partner & I came here for a weekend break recently and we absolutely loved it. We found a package deal on wowcher which excluded full spa facilities, 2 course dinner and breakfast. I was absolutely thrilled with the service that we both received, right from the off. The spa was lovely and peaceful and the food was delicious and so well presented. We will definitely come back again, the staff were so helpful and attentive and it was a lovely anniversary present for my partner.

Just want to say thank you to Sophie for my amazing treatment. I had the face and body sensation and I can honestly say it was the best and most effective massage I've ever had. I feel like a new person. Thank you so much,

Had the best spa day Which was bought for me for my 50th Birthday.

Our spa day was excellent and the girls Sophie and Katie were very professional and clearly new there jobs. Our evening meal was superb and the service was excellent catering for all our needs. On our arrival we were met by Roxy who was so welcoming and made us feel so special.

Had a last minute lunch today at @thedartmouthuk. Asking the carvery chef if there was a veggie option, but expecting to just have the veg without the meat as with lots of other places, he went out to the kitchen and came back with a tasty mushroom pie and veggie gravy! Brilliant! Also really friendly, accommodating staff and quick service. Only comment I’d make is that the tables were so sticky that I couldn’t peel my napkin off!

Course was good, played here before so I knew to take a buggy. Lake stole one of my balls but found 6 others so was in profit. Hotel was good, staff friendly and helpful and acted professionally. The Sunday golf deal is real value for money. Heard one guy moan about the food, but stacked his plate at breakfast!! Some people never happy. I was and enjoying our stay.

Rooms felt very clean, bed was soooo comfortable I didn't want to leave. The staff members were polite and friendly. The girls at the spa were so down to earth and professional we felt very welcome. Warm welcome and departure from reception and dinner/breakfast staff were very attentive.

Thank you Katie and Sophie for our relaxing treatments and tgank you Sophie for converting me by giving me the 1st massage I've ever enjoyed!

Arrived on the Friday. Six of us stayed in one of the lodges. Very impressed with everything. The place was spotless and had everything you could wish for. Well done to all the staff on their hygiene and cleanliness. We were there for the weekend to celebrate a 70th birthday. We were there last year and stayed in the hotel but have to say the lodge was by far much much better. Thanks to all once again and we will be back!

Went for our anniversary, and really enjoyed it. Love set up, staff really helpful and friendly. Only down part was I didn't realise that we had to book in advance for the spa but that was my fault for not enquiring. Would definitely recommend this place.

The massage and facial were wonderful. The Spa area was lovely. Our afternoon tea was great. But the smell of sewage in the ladies changing room was awful. And the Jacuzzi was cool not lovely and warm. Also the pool. And people had reserved the loungers. So a mixed review. I'd definitely go back for the massage and afternoon tea. But wouldn't go to the pool area.

The Hotel, facilities and staff were excellent. The course not quite so. Buggies were restricted to paths which made for a lot of walking and difficult club selection. Its the most hilly course Ive played on in 40 years. There were too many blind holes and no sight markers at the back of the greens. A buggy is still essential, as is a course layout and yardage chart and the greens had been hollow tyned. Maybe I just didnt play that well and that clouded things. I couldnt be a member there after our flat easy course at home....from a grumpy 69 yesr old.

Went yesterday for a spa day. Have been three times before. Was quite busy so not always somewhere to sit, the pool was also quite chilly this time. The place is starting to look like it needs some tlc and a lick of paint. But, a very polite chap and lady in the restaurant. Was a good cheap deal but may look for somewhere closer to home now.

Very expensive for what was a pretty basic room. My diamond status was never acknowledge so no upgrade and not even the free in room gift. Nice local produce ruined by nothing but huge portions of salad. The majority of staff I encountered were very nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Oh and please don't mow the lawn outside the ground floor rooms at 7.20, it's discourteous

We recently visited the spa for a Rusal mud treatment. What was supposed to be a lovely relaxing session turned out to be nothing more than a big disappointment after we did not receive the treatment as described in the advertisement.

When we brought the fact that the facility wasn't functioning properly to the attention of the manager, she apologised, but was otherwise unhelpful in dealing with our concerns.

We were so disappointed with the experience that we decided not to not to make any further use of the facilities.

Spa treatment for the wife and 1 nite stay place looks very run down the spa place it self could do with a good clean food was very poor so much it made me and the wife sick never stay again staff very nice so gave them a star
