Just need to remember to give yourself compassion and time as well as others :)
Bear in mind that both can be distressing and benefit from self compassion and support from those around us...
I know which one I favour, it isn't always the instinctive response though.
A touching tribute to a lovely little girl, it tells a really distressing story through song, this wonderful lady is a fantastic music and drama teacher who has done wonders for the confidence of so many, including my daughter.I really hope the family gets the support they all need.
