Here until 2.00 with Pumpkins
It’s Whiteladies Road market tomorrow & it’s looking like another wet one but we’re bringing the sunshine in the form of flowery pumpkins. If you’re celebrating Halloween or just Autumn these are fabulous. We’ve also got the very last of the cutting gardens Dahlias. We’ll be there from 8.30-2.00.
It’s that time of year again and the dates for our popular Wreath Courses are now available. We will once again be enjoying the hospitality at 99 Queens Cafe in Clifton on the 5th and 10th December. All tuition and materials are included in the £45.00 ticket price along with coffee and cake. Various Alcoholic beverages will also be available to purchase. If you would like to join us please get in touch by emailing Carolyn at birdwoodandwillow@gmail.com or calling on 0781 5075701 or drop into 99 Queens and speak to Flick.
Pledging to get this book published is a small step on my journey to make my floristry more ecologically friendly by being able to learn tried and tested techniques so that floral foam is not part of my business anymore. I have used none so far this year and intend to strive to continue doing so. All floristry can be produced in a more sustainable way and this book will be a brilliant learning resource for florists. Even though you might not be a florist or ever have any need to use floral foam if you have a spare £5 or more to pledge you would be doing floristry a huge service in helping @sarahdiligent get this published to all our benefits.

This big beastie was intent on helping out today. Home grown blooms are a magnet for the bees & this one made tying bunches tricky but we came to an arrangement & both got on with our work.
