Each week is absolutely free of charge, just a little bit of fun for a smaller customers!

We just made our pancakes better. We’ve whisked the egg whites, blended in ricotta and added lemony kick to keep you coming back for more. Choose from blueberry compote with vanilla yoghurt, or bacon and maple syrup.

‘Making Things Better’. It’s our motto. It’s what we strive for. We’ve turned our attention to our much loved pancakes, and made our batter better. They’re now lighter than air, with whisked egg whites, creamy ricotta and a lemony zing. Dreamy. Choose from blueberry and yoghurt, with maple syrup and maple butter, or American country style, with bacon, maple syrup and maple butter.

When we arrived the restaurant was absolutely heaving but we were shown, after asking, to a table straight away ( must have been the last one). My husband was already in the que. We had our drinks within 10 minutes, coffees perfectly done. We both had avocado mash on ryebread which arrived after 25 minutes, good going as the place was as I said ' absolutely heaving'. Our choice of meal came cooked to perfection. The staff were under immense pressure but handled this busy lunch to perfection. We will be back again for sure.

We're there for the first time and we'll definitely come back. Warm atmosphere and very nice staff. Food and drinks very tasty. Thumbs up!

Visited yesterday for breakfast with husband and daughter. Cafe extremely clean, service fast and friendly. Drinks and food hot - I am very fussy about coffee being hot and this was excellent. The food was well presented and appetising - love going here and will continue to visit. Well done to all who work there

Veggie breakfast was the best I’ve had

Quite honestly BTP is my favourite coffee house and the Cheltenham one is my favourite. Many a day spent there with my wife after dropping the kids at school and jumping in the car for some 'quiet time'. Yesterday was my first visit in just over two years after moving to London. I'm now in Yorkshire so I kindly ask the owner of BTP to jolly well branch out nationwide please. Ta.

Like the refreshing raspberry and mango smoothie, and the mushrooms with egg... I'd eat everyday! (And I do).

The coffee and walnut cake is rich and moist, or if you want something a bit less sweet, the carrot cake is great!

Love the funky decor and all the nooks and crannies you can sit and hide in.

Great for meeting up or relaxing in the the hum of the cafe.

It's not all that cheap but you get what you pay for: one of the best cups of coffee you can lay your mitts on but also a great selection of wholesome, tasty food and delicious cold drinks – somewhere to savour downtime.

It is the best place in cheltenham by far. They provide great customer service. The food is AMAZING and the vibes are like nothing else in cheltenham! Well worth going to, over and over again!

I visit here on quite a regular basis with friends and have always had great food/drink. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and yummy food!

I love this place!! Proper food and service � went here when visiting the city for valentine's day and came for breakfast, we found it that good we came back every day for the rest of our visit! �

I love the healthy, fresh food choices. I had the avacado on toast and it was delish. The young man who served me was very sweet and polite and my food came quickly. There is such a quirky atmosphere im the shop and it was an ideal place for me to get some work done. Really enjoyed the food. Thanks �

Had to wait 40 minutes for the food, but it was so full with people queuing. The staff were rushed off their feet, but still doing a great job and were informing customers of the wait time. I had the chorizo hash and it was absolutely worth the wait :-)

Had the most amazing Brunch with my daughter. The kedgeree is the best I have ever had, my daughter had eggs Royale at is was also excellent. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Great place to go!!

Had a lush veggie breakfast here today! Quite expensive but worth it! Deffo be back

Boston tea party, where do I begin... if I have had a bad day it makes my day better, if I'd had a good day it makes it a great one. Love the coffee, the atmosphere, the staff. Especially the blonde barista her coffee is out of this world ��

We came on Saturday - was really busy! Staff were rushed off their feet! Confusion over our order and also the wrong drinks bought to our table.

But great tasting food and lovely coffee!!!! Will definitely come again but on a quieter day!!!

What a shame!! Just came in to have breakfast for my son's birthday. The restaurant was quiet we made our order, great no problems there. Then they brought out the food and mixed orders up with one of the only other tables that had a family in the place. Then after waiting ages for the replacement food for our two children as the two adult meals were going cold. They managed to then bring the children's meals up wrong. Then took an age to bring up the correct meals when the other meals were now stone cold at this point.

I then requested a refund from the manager who was lovely though had no idea how to use her own till system having to ask another staff member how to do a refund. She did apologise for the mistake saying the orders were similar. When the restaurant only had a hand full of people in it I feel this was a lame excuse.

I think there is a lot of training to be done here starting from the kp's all the way to the manager.
