Superb quality products at the right price. Suggest you try out the B’s tearoom. Super teas, coffees and cakes, all with genuine china cups, plates, etc and waitresses dressed up in classic tearoom styles. A real classic experience.

My husband and I stay in Scotland and regularly make day trips down to the Colne store. We have never been disappointed with the fantastic deals and the helpful staff that we have encountered. I always look forward to our trips down, I just wish it was a little closer to home! :)

Mrs Bs was excellent well worth a visit. Nice and relaxed definitely recommend. Bb is now light and airy nice for a coffee break. had a great day shopping there.

Jacket potatoes were spot on and fillings really generous. Girls serving were so polite and free pot of tea thrown in. Didn't buy clothes but got several bargains especially radley purse and bags absolutely brilliant x

I visited Mrs B's new tea room in the Colne store with a friend yesterday. The decor was beautiful and the food and tea superb. However, the standout part of our experience was the staff; every single one of the people who looked after us were simply outstanding. They were incredibly efficient and polite without being overbearing. They are a credit to Mrs B's! Thank you all and see you again very soon xx

Having been once before with a friend I decided to drag hubby along. We started with lunch which was lovely and then we had a leisurely shop. All indoors under one roof which I particularly like.

Although I'd signed up for privilege card I had not received anything via email or post but a quick visit to customer services rectified the fact I had not received my extra 10% off.

Of course the two items I saw on my first visit and decided I would now like to buy on this visit were no longer available- but that just shows they have a good turn around of stock (although I was disappointed because one item was a bag I wanted).

We were there that long we then had tea and cake!

I'll certainly go back again if it is over 50 miles each way. �

Had a wonderful experience at Mrs B’s in Colne for afternoon tea on New Years Day. The service, food and overall experience was fantastic and I can highly recommend to anyone wanting something a little special. I recently had afternoon tea at Fortnum and Mason and the service and experience was not a patch on what we received at Mrs B’s! So thank you!

Everything under one roof! I think you could spend a weekend in here and not take it all in! Biggest shoe dept I have ever seen must be the size of a football pitch or near it anyway! Cafe restaurant food always has something I like and I can be a bit of a fusspot and there is also a fabulous fish and chip restaurant across the car park. Onion rings the size of doughnuts when I was last there lol. Really, nice food though, really enjoyed will definitely go back.

Always a pleasure to visit with my coach group , on arrival a lovely young lady comes out and passed on all the information my passengers could possibly need on how to spend there day wisely always leave with a happy group of shoppers

Staff on the klass area couldn’t do enough for us - offered several alternatives to accompany outfit chosen - one of the ladies was Nicola - sorry don’t have name of second lady - well done ladies xx



Coffee shop service a little slow even though not many customers xx

I like it there. it's good service. I bought an item of clothing as it hadn't fit me I took it back and exchanged it. there was no problem do that. the cafe was good food too

Fab place to shop got to the till and was asked if I have a further discount card for another 10% off which I didn’t so paid the £73 for all the items I’d got then this morning got one in the post !!!!! Bit late you should have a loyalty card like tescos that I could just leave in my purse

A store worth visiting .bit expensive in clothing .but other depts on second floor just brilliant .bbs coffee shop nice with lovely views of pendle hills .but had a good visit

It’s hit and miss you find something to buy ,as you walk in it’s crammed with rails and fixtures with stock on , you can’t really look properly as people are trying to squeeze past you . The shoe department is ok to look around also Marks and Spencer’s on the upper floor as is the household products.the next department has only two fittings rooms there was a large queue so I put my items back .

I have always loved visiting Boundary Mill. Yesterday was a glorious day and the union jacks flying outside looked wonderful. However for the first time I was disappointed with the layout of the store. The shoe department in particular. Upstairs seemed untidy and disorganised. The cafe seemed to work well and the cakes offered free with coffee or tea were delicious.

I remember the Colne store in it's old location and you were always guaranteed great choice and a bargain but since it's move it has become overcrowded, expensive and boring. I suppose they feel that they have to cater to the bulk of visitors which are all in their retirement years.

Very disappointed with the first floor cafe since the upgrade. Took the family for lunch yesterday, the chicken sandwich for my daughter was left as it was dry, they had run out of jacket potatoes so I had the corned beef hash which was watery and cold, a chocolate brownie and short bread were sent back as they were dry and if you have a food intolerance well don't even bother, no soya milk which most places have. For such a large store the cafe is a big let down. It wasn't this bad before they expanded. Also don't ask for croutons, which they advertise with the soup, as when we asked for them we were told they haven't sold them for 2 years.

Missed lunch today and tried to go for afternoon tea at Mrs Bs. Unfortunately as it was ten past three I would have had to wait til the next sitting at four O clock.

I failed to see how the sittings for afternoon tea would benefit customers or staff. There were hardly any full tables and 3 waitresses standing around the entrance doing nothing and the chefs were in a meeting.

This is really bad customer service.
