The Brannen name has been associated with constructing and selling property at the coast for over 100 years. Mr Terry Brannen remembers as a young boy visiting his grandfather and uncles properties under construction on The Broadway, Linksill Terrace and Hawkeys Lane.

Brannen and Partners itself was established in 1992 as a specialist Property Management Division. The organisation, since that time, has been successfully building upon a reputation in the North-East of England as one of the leading specialists for Residential Lettings, Sales and Property Management.

In 2004, Terry welcomed his son Mr Shaun Brannen into the family firm and is currently Director of the Sales & Lettings Department.
