Without a doubt the best pizza in Bristol! We've been going here for nearly 3 years now and have never been disappointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always nice and speedy with our order. On top of all this, the prices are extremely reasonable! Definitely try the Strizzi, it's delicious :)

What a hidden gem this place is! Came here for a Birthday celebration as a party of 9. We were a little late but this was no problem and we had a lovely table reserved by the door.

We ordered our drinks almost immediately and they arrived very quickly as did the food. The service was very good and the staff were attentive.

The food was excellent - we ordered 12" pizzas, steak, lamb shank and it was all cooked perfectly, presented well and reasonably priced too.

There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere with a real mix of families, friends & couples there.

Street parking was limited as expected but we all managed to park fine.

There is also some great local art on the walls which you can also purchase.

I will definitely be back!

Simply THE best pasta in Bristol. Everyone says that, but it really is. The steak is excellent and perfect every time. Super friendly staff and always great service. We eat here time and time again as our go to place of choice. Keep up the good work guys! �

One of the best pizzas I've ever had! The blue cheese, fig and pear pizza is out of this world. Everyone in our party loved their food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Dedinitely returning soon!

Lovely, warm friendly staff, they couldn't have been any more welcoming. The food came to the table very promptly and looked delicious. I had the rib eye steak, which was honestly, the most amazing piece of steak that I've had in a very long time. My children loved their meals also. My husband is quite a fussy eater and my brother & his partner are vegetarians but eveyone left satisfied and happy. We have already made plans to return. I would highly recommend ��

Cafe Napolita's food is made with heart, passion and love! I wish there were more restaurants around like this one. The waitress was particularly helpful with recommending the best things to eat!

Went for work lunch... 3/4 hr before the food turned just up. It was "lush" when it eventually arrived though!

Tasty pizza but terrible service. Never feel welcomed on arrival, have to wait ages to be served, gave up last time was waiting 40 minutes to be severed. Such a shame as the pizzas are really tasty.

Went here on two occasions, because it's local. Both times really bad customer service, ignored on arrival for a lengthy period. Saw others being welcomed and given a menu. I was with young kids so I had go to the counter and make my order after being fed up of waiting. Food took ages! felt really unwelcome by the staff, I had to keep asking for items I had ordered as they had 'forgotten'. Never going there again!

Unbelievably bad service. After taking two and a half hours to arrive with no apology, we decided not to pay..... which should be pretty expected. We later received a call from them threatening us. Seriously?! I cannot stress how awful they are, which sucks because their pizza is great.

Says on FB you're open today. Walked there looking forward to pizza and you're closed!! Not very good at updating your page!

Sadly |I never got to taste the pizza here. I won a free pizza here in a primary school charity raffle but the manager was such a sly eye git he would not redeem it. First he said the voucher/certificate it was gone past but there was no date on the certificate. Then he pretended he had never seen the voucher before. Really annoyed and hungry! Never ever going to taste this pizza and would never recommend it to any one as they were very rude and unreasonable. How can you run a place like this? won't last long

Sadly disappeared up its own Arse. They have strong opinions on where you can put your toppings when ordering a 'create your own'

Horrible service, took an hour and a half to arrive. The pizza itself tasted like it was made with my grandmother's ashes (may she rest in peace) and was colder than my ex girlfriend's heart.

Glad to see a lot of comments about terrible service and the twat manager!� Staff and manager are completely rude,stuck up and Intimidating.Me and my friends ordered our food as soon as entered we walked up to the counter and ordered pasta we then sat and waited a whole hour and half and no food came out we asked the same guy we ordered with where it was then the manager stepped in with lies after lies apparently nobody knew we ordered but I persanolly did! They made us feel unwelcome tried not to serve us so that we would leave but we didn't. Wish I did though the pasta was disgusting so basic must be a jar sauce

By the way this place threatens people. Yep, threatens people. Not only are they incompetent they don't know how to handle an apology when it's deserved. Pretty pathetic.

Looking forward to my dose of threats after this bad review!
