Cake By Chloe

My name is Chloe and I have just started my own business in which I bake and decorate cakes and cupcakes.

I am currently studying a level 3 pastry course at Highbury College in Portsmouth. I am doing this in the hopes of becoming a pastry chef. However I have always had a passion for decorating and baking cakes. So I decided to start up my own business so I can turn a passion and a hobby into a career. I will be producing many of my cakes at Highbury College as they have generously offered me the use of their kitchens. As well as this I will have a display table in their restaurant, which is called Chimes. It will feature various cakes decorated in many splendid ways.
