Having originally started her wedding cake business in 2014, Vanessa has been sharing her skills with other keen bakers in the sugar craft world. Vanessa has achieved numerous awards for her work including a highly commended at the wedding industry awards for the South East. Come and join Vanessa for a selection of courses, starting 24th July with sugar roses for beginners.... The course will run from 9.30-2.45. All equipment for the day will be provided including refreshments. The course price will be £75 limited to 8 places.
Other courses are planned through out the year, for beginners and more experienced cake makers including • Celebration cake course • Foundation skills • covering cakes and decoration
