Hi all. Just to let everyone know a little about what I can offer.
I’m trained in counselling, psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Along with other holistic treatments.
Working with people from 10yrs to 90+ yrs and couples. ... I have specialist experience with depression and anxiety disorders as well as trauma, ptsd, domestic violence, psychological abuse, rape sexual abuse, eating disorders, addictions, phobias and relationships. My work has been within the NHS hospitals and surgery based practice as well as working with other specialist agency’s throughout the county. I’m now mostly self employed and work from private practice or in people’s homes.
Sessions are £40 per hour with concessions available.
I also offer reductions by private consultation of affordability and level of need for 2 clients every six weeks so please ask if you think this is needed.

I felt relaxed straight away when I met Melanie, I'd come for some sort of counseling, but I'd never had any before. I felt so listened to and that it was so non judgmental. My 6 sessions were really helpful in processing recent events, and delving a bit into the past to see where repetitive patterns can occur and what to do about them! You then feel proactive and get your power back!

I then tried reiki...Her reiki treatment was powerful from the very beginning, I went into a deep relaxation, her therapy space was comfortable and warm.
