If you are currently receiving Adult Mental Health (AMH) services (or have in the past 2 years), are a carer of someone who currently uses adult mental health services (or has in the past 2 years), or are a member of AMH staff, then courses at The Recovery College are FREE. They offer mental health courses to everyone whether they identify themselves as ‘service user’, ‘carer’ or 'member of staff'. The courses are themed around the categories of hope, agency and opportunity.... They are of varying lengths, content and learning styles.
A recovery college takes an educational rather than a clinical or rehabilitation approach to improving mental health.
