I offer a professional and dedicated sports massage service. Working in both clinics and as a mobile service bringing the benefits of massage to you.

I am a dedicated and passionate qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I am also qualified in Holistic Massage Therapy, Kinesiology taping and general strapping and taping.

I provide support to clients in the areas of massage, rehabilitation, exercise therapy and recovery.

I currently work in a clinic in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, on Mondays and Fridays. I also offer a mobile massage service bringing the benefits of massage or sports therapy to you. (Clients within a 5 mile radius of the clinic need to book direct with the clinic, details below).

I am a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and have the relevant insurance needed to practice.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide soft tissue treatment, MET and STR techniques, myofascial release, rehabilitation and injury prevention post injury.

2. To ensure that clients are referred to appropriate medical staff when and if required.

3. Treating referrals from physiotherapist and chiropractors.

4. Providing personal treatments.

About me:

Qualifications - I have a degree in Coaching and Physical Education with applied Sports Science.
A Level 5 Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy (LSSM).
An ITEC Level 3 Holistic Massage certificate.

I have worked in the sporting industry since leaving university, mostly coaching swimming both here in the UK and in the USA. I have also been a competitive swimmer from an early age competing in both pool events and open water swimming. My Swimming highlights are; European trials bronze medal for the 10km open water in 2008 and National 2km champion 2008.

I have gained experience within the sports therapy industry working with rugby, rowing, diving, swimming and fencing sports teams. I have also worked at the 2015 London Marathon providing recovery massage for the runners at the end of their run.
