We have been working for Cgt lettings Cheltenham branch for over 10 years and a more professional and conscientious company I am yet to come across. The Maintanence office headed up by Dawn and Ros are a fantastic team and are driven by passion and perfection and make sure all of the tenants Maintanence issues are dealt with promptly. I also have a property that I rent out through CGT Cheltenham and the lettings department are equally as efficient and professional with regular updates of changes to legislation for landlords and property inspection reports. All in all a professional and polite letting agents who strive to be the best and in my option just might well be!

We have been dealing with Dawn and Ros from the maintenance team in Cheltenham office for over 10 years now and we enjoy a very professional relationship with them, in our opinion they work really well together which makes them a great team. More often than not the maintenance team don't get the recognition they deserve as they aren't letting the properties or taking them on but believe me their job is by far the hardest and their professionalism is a credit to Cheltenham office and it's a pleasure to continue liaising with them into the future

The staff at CGT Lettings Quedgeley are very friendly and community minded. Having come into contact with the Quedgeley Office because of Kingsway Big Lunch 2018. CGT Lettings sponsored the event, allowing Kingsway Residents Association to put on yet another great event for the local community. Nadine Willis and her staff from the Quedgeley office also came along on the day to take part and do arts and crafts with the children and held competitions on the day. Can not fault their commitment to their local community and the local charities that they support.
