Went for a Spa day for my daughter's birthday. Wonderful!!! Hazel the masseur was exceptional as was all the staff. Not a criticism but more of an observation the pool could do with more relaxing beds. Saying that the space is very limited around the pool. I would definatley recommend this Spa.

We had a wonderful time this weekend. The package we had included bottle of red in the room, dinner in the restaurant and an afternoon tea which was absolutely stunning. First one we have ever had and it was really lovely and our waitress was extremely helpful. Cannot wait until our next visit. Love this hotel very much.

Spent the day at the Spa with my sister, we have been going there for a number of years and i have to say we have never been disappointed, the staff do a fantastic job and are very informative, the whole experience was as usual wonderful, i would like to suggest some type of loyality scheme for people like ourselves who return time and again. Highly reccomend the whole experience.

Spent a night here, absolutely amazing, food a bit pricey but was worth it, the rooms are nice and spacious with a huge bed that's really comfy, the spa was lovely and was totally relaxed will definitely go there again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were all very friendly and extremely attentive, the spa and treatments were amazing, felt so relaxed after and the afternoon tea was just perfect. The room was lovely and all the food was fabulous! Can’t fault it, thoroughly enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning in the near future for an overnight spa break.

My friends and family took me to the Cheltenham Chase Hotel for spa treatments and an overnight stay for my 50 th Birthday. We all had a lovely stay and although most of our spa treatments were great some of the massages were a little 'light' and the aqua aerobics class was a bit full. However overall it was great and we will be back . All the staff were friendly and helpful although plate clearing at breakfast could have been swifter. 8/10 cos there is always room for improvement

I haven't been to a spa for a while and I had never been to the chase until today. The staff are friendly the spa facilities are clean and tidy. We had a package with beauty treatments and the massage and facial are probably the best I have ever had. I had the lovely Hailey and my mum had Emma who were both very experienced therapists apposed to the inexperienced ones I have had at other spas. The only thing I can say about the facilties is check to see how busy it is that day. We went on a busy day so found using the sauna steam room etc was difficult and squashed at times but the person we went with who is a regular said it's not usually the case. All in all I would go back for a spa day and I can recommend it. Thank you xx

Had an overnight stay, used leisure facilities which we enjoyed, evening meal in restaurant was very good quality, room very good standard - had paid for extras and weren’t disappointed, bottle of wine in room, contents of fridge all included. Service from all staff excellent.

Great hotel. Expensive food and drink but that's expected. Staff lovely especially the morning breakfast guy... made us laugh he was great. Breakfast was gorgeous. Grounds and gardens are fantastic.

Booked the Autumn 1 night break (16th Nov 2017) with my daughter and sister , another fantastic stay I must say. Have been many times with girls from work and always had a great time, didn’t disappoint again!!!. From booking to departure excellent in every way, staff are so welcoming and accommodating, spa and treatments were lovely and the food first class again. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable. Will definitely be back again. X

Booked in for the winter warmer offer with two of my friends. We absoloutly loved it we were made very welcome, staff couldnt do enough for us. Treatments were amazing. We had a light lunch which was delicious i would recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely be going again.

All the management were amazing for our wedding! All went out there way and extremely friendly!

Made everything run so smoothly nothing was too much trouble!

Nice tidy spacious room not to mention the amazing breakfast brought to us the next day big thanks to Alex!!

After reading reviews I was a little bit torn wether to book or not! Me and my other half booked the 2 for £114 spa day which included a 60 minute treatment, lunch each and use of the facilities! Upon arriving our lunch orders were taken and we chose a time convenient for us. We hadn’t been before so we’re given a tour of where everything was. We headed to our treatments where there was a lovely relaxation room to chill in before and after, we had an incredible massage maybe the best I have ever had! After we went to the restaurant for lunch which was lovely, as it says a light lunch which is perfect for a spa day. The pool area is a little small and busy but it was Valentine’s Day and the school holidays.. there are a few loungers around the pool but not many that’s the only negative I could say. Everything is kept clean and basic, if you are after a luxury spa day this isn’t for you, but overall we really enjoyed our day and I think it is worth the money!

We went for voucher spa day and had a very pleasant time. The staff in the sports centre were kind and welcoming which was lovely. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. After our spa experience we had our pastry and tea, but as I am vegan, the bar staff took the trouble to get me some fruit, which was such a kind gesture. Also they served soya milk for my tea.



The only points I felt were a little disappointing were the showers, which were cool,and not very powerful, and the water dispenser should have been in the pool area. The pool area also had a strong chemical odour, but other than that last lovely afternoon.



All in all a great experience. Thank you.

We stayed for a complimentary evening stay. Rooms were great, staff were very friendly. We didnt eat at the hotel but menu looked very nice.

We did think the drink prices were very steep but affordable. My only gripe is that we didnt try some of the spa facilities but that was down to our own time restraints. We would certainly stay here again

Stayed for two nights on dinner, bed and breakfast. Found staff very friendly. Good choice at breakfast. Evening meal not as good. Belly pork crackling soft and burger was not good.

Room was very good. Bed very comfy. Spa good.

Not at all what I expected for the prices charged. Put in an adjoining room woken at 6am by next doors to booming!

Room very dark and decor dated. Looking very tired and in need of some talc. TV very small to for today's standards.

Tea and coffee in rooms but not very much of it. We are big tea drinkers, good job we took our own.

Bathroom clean but very dodgy aroma if toilet lid left up! It wasn't us!

On the up side lovely clean thick towels and comfy bed.

Breakfast was gorgeous!

guest at a wedding on 16th sept very bad time keeping, poor quality food ,top table guest were told off for choosing 2 or items of same food ,would not recommend this place for a reception to anyone
