We are so going to miss this lovely lady so much but we will keep following her blog when she is in NZ. Have a great adventure chick.

Wow amazing food I had amazing breakfast and my son had mini breakfast and was fantastic meal on mother's day. Fantastic staff so welcoming like home to home . Loving and caring staff. Just like big family that's extended.xx loved it chilled and friendly. Xx thank you to all the staff who helped me clean my son up after spillage of his milkshake. Xx ty to bill and mikki and Paul for being so caring. Xx

We called in the chequered flag for a cuppa & decided to have a burger..well we were very much blown away with how fabulous they tasted all homemade too..best burgers by far..highly recommend..even the grandson ate the lot & said "wow tasty" the service fabulous too..will definitely call in again..

We called in by chance after finding out it was dog friendly. Wow amazing food and atmosphere among the bikes and decor. Will be back again. Cheers guys

Stopped in on the way back from holiday. Wonderful atmosphere and good food.

Nice to see all the bikes too. It was the kids first encounter with a MCC so they enjoyed it too

So glad I popped in for a milkshake. Great service, great atmosphere, just a lovely place to stop and refuel. Will definitely be visiting again x

Just visited the chequered flag for a roast,wow,was such a great welcome by the people who work in this cafe,the food was amazing,highly recommended,feels like home and a great atmosphere,this cafe is the best welcoming and the greatest food I have tasted,thank you to Karen and colleagues for a brilliant dinner �����

Having moved down from Croydon way 4 weeks ago I need a ‘New Office’ the Chequered Flag turned out to be a much better one I’m pleased to say! Will be coming back very soon to work through the menu!

Great place to meet friends, eat and drink, excellent friendly staff. A must go place!!.

Found you by accident ( as the misses was moaning she was hungry)but am so glad I did. The food is amazingly tasty, the prices are definitely worth every penny. It's good to have properly cooked chips.



The dog friendliness was so welcoming and the atmosphere was unbelievably welcoming. We are going to be repeat visitors everytime we're in the area.

First visit today with the kids. All loved it! Will definitely be out new 'local'. Can't wait for craft group there!

Called into the chequered flag for a coffee ended up have the best bacon roll I've ever had the staff were just excellent and so helpful see I had a walking stick and Teresa with her arm in a sling couldn't have been more helpful if they tried definitely having the breakfast next time looked amazing thank you

Always a lovely welcome and good food, one of my favourites is the cheesy chips with bacon bits.
