Here at Churchers, we’ve taken action against the overuse of plastic, introducing paper cups to our offices, for both staff and client use. As our office locations are relatively close to the coast, we want to eliminate any threat to our local environment and wildlife. As plastic can take anywhere between ten and one thousand years to decompose, making this change is crucial to creating a more sustainable environment for future generations. Helping mentor students is something our staff love to do to give back to the community! Associate, Leesa Longden-Thurgood, who works in our Family team, mentored enthusiastic Portsmouth Law School student, Gareth, once a week over an eight month period. Today we’d like to congratulate Gareth, who graduated with a First Class Law degree last week and has secured a job as a paralegal at a firm in Wales!
