Very relieved to have made it home safely with with this beauty after an incredible weekend with the legend that is Faye Cahill Cake Design. It was great to meet up with some of our cake friends new and old 😘
I will take a better picture in the daylight tomorrow - but currently totally in love with with this cake that also matches our kitchen perfectly 😍

Blush pink is still proving a popular colour with our 2017 couples - and not just those getting married in spring/summer. This colour works beautifully with other pastel shades, metallics (which are on trend for this year- yippee!) and if you fancy something a bit bolder navy makes a lovely contrast! 2017 will also see lots more ruffled cakes, beautiful lace and white on white. Rustic naked and semi naked cakes are still proving popular too - what's not to love! x

We could not be happier with these beautiful Save the Date cards Carol at Laurel Designs has created for us. I can't wait to start on the invitations next week! We also have Kirsty from Planning By Laurel as our Wedding PA - she is literally worth her weight in gold <3 x

Toni and Joe's beautiful pink and gold drip cake set up at De Vere Venue Sunningdale Park. It was lovely to see lots of local suppliers there - Concept Flowers your floral staircase was a masterpiece! What can I say? Clare is simply amazing. We first used her in 2014 to make my hen do cupcakes and then our wedding cupcakes later on in the year. We were delighted with the results and how splendid they looked and tasted. Everyone commented on how amazing it looked.

Since then we have had her Christmas cupcakes and just recently we asked Clare to make a special cake for our 2nd wedding anniversary which looked stunning and tasted amazing! Clare you really are a superstar and we love marvelling at your creations and tasting the scrummy cakes!! Thank you. Xx

What Clare can do with cakes is simply jaw-dropping. She designed the most beautiful cake for our wedding, asking for initial ideas and helping with suggestions for flavours. Our cake was incredibly personal to us and was a real talking point on the day. Thank you lovely lady for a beautiful looking and tasting cake. We couldn't have asked for more! Carly and Pieter xx

I first met Clare in the Salisbury wedding fair after seeing one of her cakes across the city hall! What can I say?! She is an amazing! She met with Chris and I and went through all off our ideas and then came up with suggestions to help us choose our bespoke wedding cakes. It was the decision ever! The cakes looked amazing but tasted just as good! Thank you so much for everything Clare xxxx will be ordering cake again soon just because!!! Xxx

Everybody loves cake! Even more so when its made by Clare! The samples she provided and up to the actual wedding day nothing was too much trouble, excellent communication from day one! The cake was a huge talking point with all guests including the gluten free tier that was made specially for certain guests. The cake looked fantastic and tasted even better, the best cake we have ever had! Hopefully order again from you soon, thank you xxx

Clare provided us some beautiful and delicious cake pops for our wedding this weekend. They went down a treat and everyone loved them!! Especially the ice cream cone inspired pops!! Clare is a lovely person and nothing is too much trouble!

Clare provided me with some amazing cake pops for a wedding event I held recently. They were 100 times better than the brief I provided and completely exceeded my expectations. They also tasted amazing! I would highly recommend Clare due to her excellent customer service and outstanding cakes!
