Clear Property Description

Clear was initially launched from home by Kelly Forrester in 2007, solely concentrating on the lettings market, and in growing and establishing its own loyal client base the business grew with her self determination and commitment to her staff and clients. Kelly having started working in Exeter itself, some 17 years ago, naturally aimed to promote sales within her estate agency. Hence, sales were launched in late 2012.
With a significant number of sales already completed within the last 6 months, the 'Clear' ethos appears to be having a similar positive impact on both the company and its customers with the sales market as the other divisions of Clears business.
We boast a large and growing Student department, with central, affordable, and high quality accommodation.
We also offer a competitive block management service, ensuring standards are kept high within blocks of apartments in Exeter, and surrounding areas.

Today the City Council shared their vision for the development of Exeter Bus Station to include housing, offices, restaurants and retail, as well as the possibility of a new multi-use entertainment venue.
