When marketing our property, we were extremely dissapointed with the customer service experienced from the colne branch manager. She devised bullying tactic for us to remain with them after 6 month contract ended, Saying we couldn't cancel when our term had finished!

The sign never came down on date they confirmed. When contacting them for updates we were told to 'be patient' we felt 6 months with just 2 viewings was being patient enough.

Overall very unprofessional.
