I made this cake this week for a bake off competition at the office where I work. Really enjoyed making it and pleased to say I was one of the winners!

Retirement Cake

Is it with regret to notify that Coley's Cake will cease trading soon. Over the past 6-9months my heart hasn't been in it. I have found it a struggle to juggle a 32.5hr week day job, children and family life along with my own personal life. I would like to thank soooo many of you for being my regulars and supporting me over the years, I am truly grateful. Any orders that have been booked will be honoured but no more new orders will be taken. This has been a difficult decision for me and not the first time I have given it some thought. So once again a MASSIVE thank you for all your support, I couldn't have done it without YOU!
