I believe that counselling can improve your self confidence and self esteem. To help with this I will help you to develop an understanding of yourself and others, and support you to find your own solutions to your emotional difficulties.

I have experience of supporting people with many emotional issues, with a special interest in anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, stress, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties, and I would like to meet with you to discuss how I may support you. I offer a private and confidential meeting, without judgement, criticism or advice giving, for you to explore any emotional issues that may be currently present in your life and I will support you to help yourself.
