Trish and Sara are both enormously supportive. Each lesson is filled with fun and laughter and I can really see the progress I have made over the past year and a half. I couldn’t fault Contour at all!

Lovely teachers and friendly classes taking you to higher levels of ability. Amazing upper body strength gained as I couldn’t even lift myself off the floor when I first started poling! Can’t live with out my pole lessons !

Loved every single lesson! They are such a great group of people (especially the Friday night gang!!) Every lesson was fun and challenging and it's been one of the best things I've done this year. Worth every penny...and every bruise �. Thank you guys!

Love my lessons with Sara, she gives you the support an instructor should and at a pace that suits every individual... Highly recommend ☺️

If your in doubt don't be Trish and Sara are two of the best teachers around Trish completely put me at my ease on my very first lesson and I haven't looked back. Great value for money and have met some fab people there as well!!

I love it here so much. In the short time I have been here I have progressed and got stronger then I ever have in the 2 and a half years I have been poleing. Without the circumstances there were that made me change classes, I would never have gotten here as I am not a confident person and am scared of trying new things with people I don't know well. However everyone at contour has made me feel so welcome and I'm not afraid to be myself weirdness and all! I love Sara and Trish and Thank both of them for all they have done for me. We are never pushed out of our comfort zone or berated if we can't do a move, it's always positive positive positive. Highly recommend to everyone I know, don't ever be afraid to try something new as it may well turn out better then you thought, as I learnt. A++++++++++

I have never walked into such a friendly welcoming place ever! both instructors are bloody amazing and crazy nice and liturally welcome anyone with a smile on there face . I have been coming here for I think nearly 3 months now and I've loved each and every lesson seeing and feeling the incredible progress and confidence made each week I'm part of the the Tuesday 7pm class and we have a random fun amazing group. each lesson we progress and help each other tought by are amazing instructor Trish and every now and again the equally amazing Sara! These woman are amazingly skilled and fun and crazy which we love! I would highly recommend Contour Aerial fitness to anyone, absolutely anyone who wants to try pole out or wants to get fit and have a great time doing it if I could give more then 5 stars I would ~Kelli

I have been going to Contour for just over a year and I can’t express how happy it makes me. Sara is my instructor and she is amazing, I have had a couple of lessons with Trish too who is also great. This is the place to go to build confidence, learn to pole like a boss and make great friends. Everyone is so supportive and everyone is made to feel welcome! 100% would recommend!!

Completely fun and a great workout. The teachers are very supportive and attentive, they're teaching me to do things I never thought I'd be able to, and then to do them upside down and spinning!!

Cannot fault the ladies at Contour! Sara and Trish are the best teachers I have had: fun, supportive and always pushing me to be better. They, as well as the other members of Contour, have made my move to the area all the better !

I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to try pole fitness!
